Based on Namaste flour blend (a GF brown rice flour blend), we have come up with a GF sourdough. Made with psyllium husk, raw sugar and sea salt, this is as simple and flavorful as I can make it and still keep it GF. Normally coated with chia seeds, this can be made without chia to support other dietary restrictions.
**Note - while great care is taken to protect against cross contamination, GF items are not made in a GF isolated kitchen**
