The Artisan Sourdough, layered with a microgreen gremolata for extra flavor and nutrition! We use organic “spicy mix” microgreens, organic garlic, and organic lemon zest as well as a touch of extra virgin olive oil to make our gremolata. Approximately 1 lb.
