Ciabatta, or “Lady’s Slipper” in Italian, is now available to order.  Made entirely with wild yeast leavening, this is a true sourdough bread and should not be missed!  Soft and pliable, including a thin crust, this makes an amazing bread to share with family and friends (or keep for yourself)!  I’m going to go enjoy some right now with my favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar!  12 oz loaf

Now offered with some of our favorites things layered into the bread: Italian cheese blend, or a sauté of locally sourced mushrooms from Underground Velvet.  
Each mushroom loaf gets ~ 1/3 of a pound of raw mushrooms that are sautéed extra virgin olive oil and a little organic garlic to really make your taste buds sing!

Best enjoyed within a few days, our breads should be stored on the counter (never in the refrigerator) in the windowed bag, with the cut side closely wrapped.
