Ethereal yet decadent, we are thrilled to bring you our sourdough panettone!  Made in the traditional Italian method, these delicacies take several days of intensive work to craft.  The dough is incredibly enriched - with more fat (in the form of egg yolks & European style butter) than flour.  

We then take that incredible dough (made in several stages), and add different flavorings to it.  While wonderful for taste and texture, that results in a dough that is very unstable when first finished baking, and it must be suspended upside down while it cools so the structure finishes setting.  It is truly an artisan product, and considered by many to be the most technically challenging bread to make.  Oh, but the flavor and texture is absolutely divine!  

Our panettone with the candied sugar topping does contain nuts, so please contact us if you need one that is nut-free.

Quantities of each flavor are extremely limited, and we suggest pre-ordering to ensure you can get one.  They will keep for 2-4 weeks at room temperature, and can be frozen.

Finished weight is ~500g + (over 1.1 lbs).  

Each loaf yields ~8 -10 ample slices, or 16 smaller slices.
